Stage plots, power loads, rigging points and sound design are drawn up.

Crew and kit locked
Every engineer, generator, screen and truck is confirmed.

Build
Staging, trussing, tents, power and LED go up on site.
T minus 1 day
Rehearsal
Sound checks, lighting cues and show flow run until they are clean.
Showtime
House lights down
The audience arrives. Everything works.
